The InDrive team is looking for a PR Manager for the Safety team. We are seeking an independent, attentive, and resilient specialist who will manage regional teams in handling urgent media inquiries related to safety issues. This position unifies Project Management and PR skills. You will also work with cross-functional teams to help make InDrive’s services people-centric, convenient, and safe.
Enhance the current public incident management workflow and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Shape crisis communication frameworks to ensure timely, transparent, and effective communication during incidents, minimizing reputational risk and maintaining public trust.
Act as a central coordination point between Incident teams, Customer support, Social media, PR, and external agencies to ensure aligned and consistent handling of sensitive situations.
Manage cross-teams, setting priorities, supervising workflows, and ensuring quality and speed of response.
Participate directly in investigations for critical and high-impact cases.
Support continuous optimization of incident management workflows across LATAM and Brazil in collaboration with HQ and regional stakeholders.
Strengthen and enhance the performance of regional PR and cross-functional teams during public incidents.
Requirements
Proven experience in Project Management, Crisis Management, or Urgent Customer Support (head of division/department)
Cross-teams management skills
Writing and speaking skills in English
Proven ability to work independently with a focus on achieving measurable results
