Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify optimal pathways for business expansion through fleet partnerships.
  • Cultivate relationships with tier-one global and regional stakeholders -including OEMs, financial institutions, dealer groups, and exporters – to establish robust partnership models. Move beyond traditional procurement to structure joint ventures, strategic alliances, and exclusive supply agreements.
  • Analyze opportunities for deeper value chain integration and lead high-stakes negotiations for agreements valued in the tens to hundreds of millions. Ensure strict alignment on commercial terms, intellectual property rights, exclusivity clauses and expansion roadmaps.
  • Oversee the financial and operational establishment of joint ventures, ensuring that shared risk-and-reward models are both legally sound and commercially viable.
  • Bridge the gap between strategic agreement and operational reality. Collaborate with regional and local leadership to translate high-level global agreements into executable, localized fleet programs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting or Corporate Development
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-border projects across multiple markets, delivering measurable business impact.
  • A profound understanding of the automotive value chain (OEM profit drivers), fleet leasing mathematics (residual values, depreciation curves) and the broader mobility landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience in structuring commercial deals or Joint Ventures.
  • Advanced ability to build financial models from scratch with the capability to quantify partnership value down to the precise cost per kilometer.
  • Mastery in synthesizing complex data into narratives for the C-Suite and Board of Directors. Presentations and investment memos must be of the highest standard for external partners and internal investment committees.
