The successful candidate will identify, structure, and execute complex joint ventures and strategic partnerships with global OEMs, financial institutions, and infrastructure providers.
Conduct market research to identify optimal pathways for business expansion through fleet partnerships.
Cultivate relationships with tier-one global and regional stakeholders -including OEMs, financial institutions, dealer groups, and exporters – to establish robust partnership models. Analyze opportunities for deeper value chain integration and lead high-stakes negotiations for agreements valued in the tens to hundreds of millions. Ensure strict alignment on commercial terms, intellectual property rights, exclusivity clauses and expansion roadmaps.
Oversee the financial and operational establishment of joint ventures, ensuring that shared risk-and-reward models are both legally sound and commercially viable.
Bridge the gap between strategic agreement and operational reality. Collaborate with regional and local leadership to translate high-level global agreements into executable, localized fleet programs.
