We’re building a Wallet for inDrive users — starting with Closed Loop, and later expanding into Open Loop. This wallet will power payments across ride-hailing, courier deliveries, intercity, food delivery, and future services — all under our SuperApp vision. We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join the Wallet team and help us make smart, data-driven decisions as we grow. You’ll be the brain behind the numbers, helping us understand user behavior, retention loops, and ecosystem effects — like how using one service influences the others.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze how our wallet drives value across different inDrive services;
  • Build models to forecast adoption, retention, and bonus program impact;
  • Measure ecosystem effects: more services used = more loyalty;
  • Identify and explain what’s working — and what’s not — with clear insights
  • Discover areas for growth and propose new directions for product/business development based on data insights;
  • Investigate significant deviations in key metrics and identify underlying causes;
  • Design, conduct, and interpret AB tests, including setting up hypotheses, determining experiment conditions, and analyzing results with recommendations based on test outcomes;
  • Optimize data flows and improve BI solutions in collaboration with teams across the Data Department;
  • Maintain and update analytics system documentation within the knowledge base, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Over 2/3 years of experience in product/data analytics and AB tests;
  • Strong analytical mindset with structured and critical thinking;
  • Ability to strike a balance between resources invested and measurable business impact;
  • Strong SQL skills, including working with large datasets, writing and optimizing complex queries, and creating analytical data marts;
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, with experience using data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, ScikitLearn, etc.);
  • Experience in designing and developing BI reports using tools such as Plotly, Redash, Tableau or similar platforms. Solid foundation in mathematics, including mathematical statistics, optimization theory, time series analysis, and causal inference techniques;
  • Strong ability to communicate technical insights to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
