Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of market strategy in collaboration with business and marketing teams
- Coordinate the annual budget planning and monthly forecasting processes
- Monitor budget execution and perform budget vs. actual analysis
- Communicate with budget holders and ensure alignment on financial targets
- Support the automation and improvement of the budgeting process
- Train stakeholders involved in the budgeting process
- Participate in the procurement process, including budget control and contract approvals
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in planning and budgeting
- English proficiency at intermediate level (B1) or higher
- Experience in budgeting and management accounting/reporting automation processes is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
