We are expanding our presence in Southeast Asia, and now we’re looking for a Online Checkout Specialist who will join our Customer Service department!

This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify content
  • Confirm the identity of individuals
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in verification process.

Qualifications

  • PC knowledge at the confident user level; Google products knowledge: Google Sheets, Google Docs; Grammatically correct in written and verbal;
  • Native language speaker (depending on the supported country).
  • Attention to details; Communication: the ability to convey information, thoughts,
  • Teamwork: tendency to care about helping team to achieve a common goal;
