Responsibilities
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Develop, manage, and update budgets.
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Track budget performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including profitability, trend, and variance analysis.
- Prepare regular management reports and dashboards, summarizing key financial metrics and performance indicators.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support business growth and efficiency improvements.
Cost Control Management
- Monitor and evaluate cost structures across departments and projects.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements without compromising quality or efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal control standards in all spending activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Growth Business, Central Finance, and Operations teams to ensure financial transparency and alignment of objectives.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives by providing financial guidance, modeling, and analysis.
- Collaborate with operational and business leaders to forecast outcomes, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Big4 or consulting.
Technical Skills: - Understanding of Financial statements.
- Solid skills in financial modeling and forecasting concepts.
Soft Skills: - High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
