Join us as an Allocations Manager to help shape the financial success of our Finance division. In this role, you will manage financial planning cycles, analyze performance, ensuring close coordination between Growth Businesses, Central Finance, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Develop, manage, and update budgets.
  • Prepare detailed financial forecasts and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Track budget performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Financial Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including profitability, trend, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare regular management reports and dashboards, summarizing key financial metrics and performance indicators.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support business growth and efficiency improvements.

Cost Control Management

  • Monitor and evaluate cost structures across departments and projects.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements without compromising quality or efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal control standards in all spending activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Growth Business, Central Finance, and Operations teams to ensure financial transparency and alignment of objectives.
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives by providing financial guidance, modeling, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with operational and business leaders to forecast outcomes, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Big4 or consulting.
    Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of Financial statements.
  • Solid skills in financial modeling and forecasting concepts.
    Soft Skills:
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
