As the Associate Team Leader of CRM & Media, you will direct a team dedicated to optimizing corresponding data. This role focuses on the analysis of supply trends. You will utilize data-driven insights to balance supply and demand dynamics and enhance the operational efficiency of our ride-hailing services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM and Media Analytics team
  • Support marketing and CRM decisions with data
  • Build reports and key metrics like LTV ROI retention
  • Guide user segmentation and experiments
  • Work with Product Data and Engineering teams
  • Present insights to senior management

Qualifications

  • Five or more years in analytics two or more in leadership
  • Strong SQL and BI tools experience
  • Knowledge of LTV attribution and campaign analysis
  • Business focused with strong communication skills
  • Experience with AB testing is a plus English level upper intermediate or above
