Senior Project Manager - Cyprus - Limassol

Responsibilities

Manage projects end-to-end, including initiation, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, timeline adherence, and risk mitigation. Independently define and make decisions on project scope, objectives, and delivery methods to meet business needs.
Lead and facilitate effective communication across diverse teams, including remote development teams, to ensure efficient collaboration.
Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and critical paths across multiple projects.
Develop and implement methodologies, frameworks, and toolkits to standardize project management processes.
Collaborate with the leadership team to support strategy development and ensure the successful implementation of key initiatives.

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Associate/Consultant, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Strong ability to manage and motivate remote teams.
Advanced proficiency in GSuite and other project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and navigate ambiguity.
Advanced English proficiency.
Solid business acumen, with an understanding of how to align project goals with broader organizational objectives.
Experience in the mobility or ride-hailing industry is a strong plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
High level of adaptability, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively.
