We are looking for a Driver Operations Specialist in Peru to manage our driver operations process in their region. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and track data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of ad hoc driver operations initiatives, including onboardings, acquisition channels, and other key activities.
  • Manage and optimize operational workflows for driver initiatives, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop customized reports to support specific driver initiatives and operational needs. Support enhancements to driver tariff structures and the registration process, aligning them with market conditions and company growth strategies. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams to refine driver-related strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain and update reporting dashboards to provide leadership with real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in data or business analysis, operations, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or similar background.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and impact. 
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI. 
  • Advanced MS Excel skills is a must 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and optimize processes.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets to drive operational improvements.
  • Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or mobility operations is a plus. 
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher)

  • A post-graduate degree is a plus.
