Responsibilities
- Optimization of the Trip Execution Process: Analyze all stages of a trip—including the performance of the integrated navigation system—and develop solutions to enhance routing efficiency, reduce idle time, and improve the overall driver experience.
- Centralized Communication with Drivers: Develop, implement, and optimize a unified communication system that ensures timely information exchange between the platform and drivers, while gathering feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Improving Key Metrics: Continuously track essential metrics such as driver online time and driver retention. Leverage data insights to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
- Launching New Features: Identify drivers’ needs and roll out new tools and enhancements aimed at increasing their engagement and satisfaction, such as improvements to in-ride experience algorithms.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to develop and implement comprehensive projects that positively impact driver performance and service quality.
- Formulation of Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a product strategy focused on improving the driver experience, including evaluating current processes and devising long-term optimization solutions.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product management or service development roles, preferably within mobile applications, transportation services, or similar fields emphasizing driver experience.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of key performance indicators (such as online time and retention) with proven experience using analytics tools to assess and enhance product performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively work with various departments (engineering, analytics, operations) to implement integrated projects.
- Strategic Vision and Proactivity: Ability to propose and execute innovative solutions aimed at enhancing driver service quality, along with the skill to prioritize initiatives in alignment with the company’s long-term goals.
- User-Centric Focus: Deep understanding of driver needs, with the capability to translate feedback into actionable product improvements and a commitment to ensuring a seamless, efficient platform experience.
