Contribute to the development and implementation of global compliance policies and procedures, including policy acknowledgment processes.
Design and deliver compliance training programs, including onboarding and Code of Conduct sessions.
Localize and adapt compliance training materials for regional offices.
Drive regular internal communication on compliance topics via established channels.
Maintain and update internal and external Compliance & Integrity pages to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Provide ongoing compliance support and guidance to internal stakeholders across functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global compliance policies and procedures, including policy acknowledgment processes.
  • Design and deliver compliance training programs, including onboarding and Code of Conduct sessions.
  • Localize and adapt compliance training materials for regional offices.
  • Drive regular internal communication on compliance topics via established channels.
  • Maintain and update internal and external Compliance & Integrity pages to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Provide ongoing compliance support and guidance to internal stakeholders across functions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Code of Conduct, anti-corruption, Speak-up culture (whistleblower systems), risk management, and other key compliance topics.
  • Experience implementing and monitoring compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Compliance certification (e.g., ICA) is an advantage.
