We are looking for an experienced operations leader to head the Ride Control Center (RCC) team – a function responsible for accurate and timely technical execution of business changes across markets.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and governance, ensuring that city-level configurations (pricing, commissions, incentives, market settings, etc.) are implemented correctly, on time, and in line with audit and control requirements.

You will lead a team of 7–10 specialists, act as a key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of execution processes and tooling.

Key Responsibilities

Operational execution & controls
  • Own end-to-end execution of configuration changes in internal systems (cities, pricing, commissions, fees, incentives, and other market parameters).
  • Ensure changes are implemented accurately, consistently, and within agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor execution quality, proactively identify risks, and prevent errors or regressions.
Stakeholder management & prioritization
  • Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders from Operations, Biz Dev, Product, Finance and Analytics.
  • Collect, clarify, and structure incoming requests and requirements.
  • Prioritize tasks across markets and initiatives, balancing urgency, impact, and capacity.
  • Ensure timely delivery and transparent communication on status, risks, and dependencies.
Audit & compliance
  • Ensure RCC processes comply with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Maintain proper controls, documentation, and traceability of changes.
  • Partner with audit, finance, and risk teams to address findings and implement improvements.
Process improvement & knowledge management
  • Continuously improve RCC processes to increase scalability, reliability, and speed of execution.
  • Lead integration and adoption of the new tools (City Management)
  • Define standard operating procedures (SOPs), approval flows, and escalation paths.
  • Build, document, and maintain clear process documentation and a centralized knowledge base.
  • Ensure knowledge is accessible, up to date, and usable for onboarding and daily operations.
People management
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7–10 RCC specialists.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and support professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (operations, controls, configuration management, technical operations, or execution-focused program management).
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
  • Basic understanding of audit and control requirements; experience working in audit-heavy or regulated environments is a plus.
  • Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail and quality.
  • Structured, disciplined, and reliable; comfortable owning critical execution processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Russian (both required).
