Responsibilities
- Reception and control of primary documentation on wages and its preparation for accounting processing.
- Calculation of wages, vacations, sick leave and other payments provided to employees in accordance with the norms of labor legislation, local regulations of the enterprise.
- Accrual of taxes and contributions arising in the area associated with the calculation of wages; reporting to the tax, statistics, expense report.
- Work with regulatory authorities, participation in the passage of audits; Issuance of certificates to employees; advising employees on settlement issues.
- Assistance in the creation of the local regulations company.
Qualifications
- Higher financial, economic education.
- Must have relevant work experience of at least 3 years.
- Knowledge of legislation in the field of accounting, accounting, labor and travel law.
- Experience with 1C: Accounting, 1C: Payroll and Human Resources programs.
- Willingness to independently obtain information and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Knowledge of the procedure and timing of reporting; experience in tax and audit.
- Attentiveness, responsibility, stress resistance.
