As our Operations Project Specialist, you will act as the strategic link between Peru operations and global HQ. Your work will span Product, Marketing, Marketplace, Quality, and Supply teams to ensure market growth and operational excellence.
Serve as the strategic bridge between Peru’s local operations and global teams, ensuring alignment across functions like Product, Marketing, and Marketplace
Support partner acquisition and manage high-impact strategic accounts
Define, implement, and optimize pricing and margin strategies to drive sustainable growth
Track and analyze core performance metrics including CAC, Dones, DR, revenue, and conversion; extract actionable insights to improve Fleet and operational efficiency
Lead and monitor go-to-market pilots in coordination with Marketing and Supply teams
Collect and structure market feedback to help influence the product roadmap
Ensure a healthy balance between supply and demand in close collaboration with the Marketplace team
Own performance reporting and growth planning, sharing key updates with both local and HQ leadership
Qualifications
Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in tech, marketplaces, logistics, or delivery services
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience tracking KPIs like CAC, Dones, DR, and revenue
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Marketplace, and Operations teams
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, both locally and globally
Ability to lead and structure go-to-market initiatives and pilot programs
Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of pricing strategies, margin optimization, and growth levers
Experience managing strategic partners or enterprise-level accounts is a plus
Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Slides, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker)
Self-starter with high ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
