We are looking for a Delivery Manager who can drive end-to-end IT project execution — from planning to release — ensuring on-time delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while continuously improving processes and team efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the delivery processes for IT projects — from planning to release
  • Coordinate collaboration between development, QA, and design teams, as well as other project participants
  • Ensure timely task completion within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality requirements
  • Manage risks, and resolve issues that affect project execution
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, and provide regular progress updates
  • Improve development and delivery processes by implementing modern methodologies and tools
  • Ensure that projects align with the company’s business goals and user expectations

Goals and Metrics

  • Timeliness: adherence to deadlines for key project milestones (metric: % of milestones delivered on time)
  • Quality: minimize defects and errors in the product (metric: number of post-release issues)
  • Profitability: keep projects within the approved budget (metric: % of budget overrun)
  • Team Efficiency: enhance team productivity and satisfaction (metric: team NPS)
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: meet client and user expectations (metric: satisfaction level, CSI)

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects, with knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies
  • Proficiency in resource allocation, time management, and risk control
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.)
  • Understanding of software development processes and product life cycles
  • Analytical skills, ability to create action plans, and present results effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with teams and stakeholders
  • Flexibility, stress resilience, and results oriented mindset
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate teams and make decisions
  • Bachelors degree in IT, management, or a related field
  • Additional advantage: certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, PSM, or equivalent
