Responsibilities
- Development of Collection Strategy.
- Design and implement effective collection and pre-collection policies and procedures.
- Analyze delinquency trends and develop action plans to minimize bad debts.
- Metrics: Roll Rates and Recovery Rates, Collection efficiency, Exposure at Default and Exposure at Write-Off.
- Conducting qualitative and quantitive user researches to increase co collection efficiency
- Continuously conduction of tests to increase collection efficiency either with internal resources or with partners.
- Monitoring and analyzing collection impact for ride-hailing churn-rate.
- Ensuring adherence of the collection policies to relevant laws and regulations.
- Reporting on collection activities, delinquency rates, and recovery results for senior management.
- Collaboration with stakeholders including risk-, marketing-, development-, legal- and analytics-teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in collections, credit management, or a related role, retail lending is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of debt recovery practices and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in digital technology companies (digital banking, fintech, or microfinance organizations).
