Key Responsibilities
- Deep-dive into consumer market analysis to inform geo expansion choices
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans with a focus on both acquisition and retention
- Lead regional budget planning, set and track MAU & CAC targets
- Define the most effective marketing mix by country or city – from performance and media to car branding
- Own product marketing strategy, including customer journey mapping (CJM)
- Conduct funnel analysis, generate hypotheses, and lead test execution
- Plan and execute 360° campaigns to balance supply and demand
- Lead drivers marketing and support brand development with strong local context
- Support regional partnerships and test new marketing channels
- Align and lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, PR, Business Development, Dops, and Product
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, ideally in tech, mobility, or e-commerce
- Proven track record in market analysis, geo expansion strategies, and launching localized campaigns
- Strong understanding of acquisition & retention marketing, and budget ownership (CAC, MAU, ROI)
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns: performance, media, branding, and partnerships
- Skilled in product marketing, customer journey mapping, and growth funnel optimization
