DH Supply Supervisor LATAM

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven DH Supply Supervisor – LATAM to oversee and optimize supply operations across Latin America. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the performance of our acquisition team, in order to expand the user base of different verticals of services and operational efficiency to meet business needs while maintaining high service levels.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise online and offline acquisition teams in LATAM.
  • Scale the organization to meet supply growth targets.
  • Conduct hiring process and training of new Analysts.
  • Monitor Promoters/Sales Analyst’s performance.
  • Monitor couriers’ and cargo drivers’ registration funnel.
  • Bring new insights to guide supply development. 
  • Track and optimize acquisition channel efficiency.
  • Build dashboards and present key datasets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • 2+ years of experience in the commercial area with solid experience in high-impact selling and/or consultative selling.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing sales teams.
  • Results and performance-driven.
  • Strategic and Data-Driven thinking.
  • Able to bring solutions to complex problems. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
