We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Merchandise Coordinator to support our merchandise operations. You’ll handle vendor communication, logistics, and inventory management for our offices and events

Responsibilities

  • Assist with vendor selection, order placement, and merchandise tracking.
  • Maintain inventory and manage restocking needs.
  • Coordinate logistics for delivery and distribution across offices and events.
  • Support the design process and ensure brand compliance.
  • Prepare reports on budget spend and merchandise usage.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in merchandise, procurement, logistics, or marketing support.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain processes, vendor management, and budget tracking.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in merchandise or design is a plus.
