Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR roles such as HR BP, People Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist with headcount more then 100 employees
Proactive Approach: Self-starter with a hands-on attitude and the ability to drive solutions independently.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build trust and maintain relationships at all levels.
Analytical Skills: Experience with HR metrics, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable plans.
