Responsibilities

What you will do:


  • Outgoing calls to clients
  • Response to clients’ requests via chat and email
  • Analyze client requests
  • Regulate conflicts

Qualifications

  • Professional level of Thai language
  • Intermediate English level
  • Good verbal communication
  • The ability to efficiently work in a team
  • Stress resistance
  • Computer literacy
  • Desire to benefit and help people

  • Shift work 2/2 (daily and overnight 12-hour shifts)
