Responsibilities
- Onboarding Process Optimization: Analyze all stages of new driver onboarding – from registration to completing their first trips – and develop solutions to increase efficiency, reduce adaptation time, and improve the user experience.
- Removing Barriers for Drivers: Identify and eliminate obstacles that prevent drivers from successfully starting work on the platform (e.g., registration complexity, unclear requirements, lack of information, technical issues).
- Conversion Rate Improvement: Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing the number of drivers who complete the target number of trips (1st, 5th, 10th, 50th).
- Launching New Features: Identify the needs of new drivers and launch new tools and improvements aimed at facilitating the onboarding process and increasing engagement (e.g., interactive guides, personalized tips, gamification).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, analytics, marketing, and support teams to develop and implement comprehensive projects aimed at improving onboarding efficiency and driver activation metrics.
- Formulation of Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a product strategy focused on improving the new driver experience, including evaluating current processes and developing long-term optimization solutions.
- Data and Metrics Analysis: Continuously monitor key metrics (e.g., conversion rate from registration to first trip, time to first trip, number of trips in the first days/weeks) and use analytical data to identify problem areas and make decisions.
- Communicating with drivers: Develop and improve feedback channels during the onboarding to understand new drivers’ challenges.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product management or service development, preferably in mobile applications, transportation services, or similar fields related to user acquisition and retention.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of key performance indicators (such as conversion rate, time to first trip) and experience using analytics tools to assess and improve product performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively work with various departments (engineering, analytics, marketing, support) to implement integrated projects.
- Strategic Vision and Proactivity: Ability to propose and implement innovative solutions aimed at improving the onboarding process and increasing driver activation, as well as the skill to prioritize initiatives in alignment with the company’s long-term goals.
- User-Centric Focus: Deep understanding of new driver needs, with the capability to translate feedback into actionable product improvements and a commitment to ensuring a seamless, efficient platform experience.
