Responsibilities
Participated in strategy preparation with regional lead. Cross management of all responsible functions and weekly meetings. Actively participates and manages P&L and budgeting process for the country with Regional Lead. Actively participates at the stage of the launch of business in the country or city according to an agreed plan. Able to create development plan for the business in network countries and cities and follow it with involvement of other departments. Tracks business trends, competitors and provides in time information that might affect business. Competent communication with users, colleagues from related departments, as well as external partners (government bodies, partner companies). Ability to propose business ideas and score cities to choose high potential business modules and cities to launch. Provides proactive assistance with setting pricing based on local experience. Ability to drive partnerships, negotiate with 3rd parties, represent the company at teh senior level. Able to set up office, involve other departments to work together to achieve highlighted business goals. Able to conduct work in the fields: make surveys, recruit drivers, meet offline counterparties. Management of reputational and legal risks for the business in a country. Constant monitoring of activities in Ride Hailing in a country.
Qualifications
Fluent English and local country language. Marketing research including filed reserach / study. Marketing channels knowledge including well developed skills of digital channels. Driver aquisition channels and efficiency knowledge. Business planning and budgeting skills for country / region. Knowledge of ride hailing main metrics. Handle complex projects with 3 and more departments involved. Skills of making client ready materials and presentations. Knowledge of working with lawyers and government relations principles and keeping reputation of a company. Public speech developed skills. Governmetn relation skills and ability to conduct meetings with authorities. Partnerships process knowledge from reaching out to partners to paperwork and payments.
