Responsibilities
- Set the direction/vision for the business development of the region/country;
- Drive the achievement of business goals in the region/country by organizing cross-functional work of expert functions (ME, DOps, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, GR, PR, HR);
- Perform representative functions and be the face of the company in the country/region;
- Maintain existing projects & initiate new ones, which includes being able to find and assess solutions that might help the team achieve its goals more effectively;
- Initiate research & surveys. Analyze research findings to identify opportunities for business growth and recommend actionable strategies;
- Plan and execute effective strategies for launching new cities, considering market dynamics, target audience, and operational requirements;
- Continuously assess and improve results in already launched cities by analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing corrective measures;

- Ability to make data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and achieve measurable business outcomes;

- Superior level of autonomy, demonstrating a high degree of self-motivation and taking initiative to drive projects forward;
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
