Responsibilities
- Developing and optimizing marketing strategies based on analytics
- Creating forecasts for marketing campaign performance and sales
- Monitoring key marketing KPIs, such as ROI, CAC, LTV, and churn
- Developing business plans and conducting scenario modeling for strategic decision-making
- Evaluating short&long-term impact of marketing investments and promo efficiency estimation
- Conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborating with leadership teams to shape marketing strategy
- Supporting and developing regular analytical reporting
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery), Python (not only Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, practical case of different forecast and analytical methods and models), and BI tools (Tableau (preferred), Redash, Power BI, Looker)
- Solid understanding of user behavior analysis, cohort analysis, and demand & LTV forecasting
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing forecasting models (time series, regression, ARIMA, Prophet, exponential smoothing, random forest)
- Experience in marketing performance evaluation, including Marketing Mix Modeling, ROI, CAC, CLV, and churn rate
- Expertise in evaluating both long-term and short-term marketing impacts on business growth and marketing strategies
- Experience in advertising budget optimization, scenario modeling, and resource planning
- Analytical skills in evaluating conversion rates, sales funnels, and financial performance
