– negotiate and manage contracts with projected expenses limits
– litigation management: manage and coordinate litigation and legal disputes involving the organization, including working closely with external legal counsel, reviewing legal documents, gathering evidence, and making strategic decisions to resolve legal issues efficiently.

– support execution of HQ PR initiatives within approved budget
– represent the business at public events
– cultivate relationships with local media and influential professionals
– crisis communication: execution crisis communication plans and protocols, manage communication during crisis situations, and mitigate reputational damage
GR
– represent the organization’s interests and advocating for favorable policies and regulations at the local, regional, and national levels
– manage public price payment inc. budgeting, calculation and scheduled payments
