Responsibilities
What you will do Manage new fintech partner outreach sourcing and engaging new companies to get them into our pipeline Lead negotiations with the fintech partners to facilitate the launch of Cash Loan product in key NEW countries in Egypt, Pakistan, India Maintain and update financial model of the cash loan product, make ad hoc calculations and analysis of the commercial terms Liaise with internal cross functional teams legal, product, finance to manage a successful integration and launch with the target partner Maintain relations with existing partners across the network to anticipate key problems and provide actionable resolution plans Be a strategic and committed thinker with a strong focus and dedication
Qualifications
What you need Proven track record of leading equal partner commercial negotiations and striking win win deals Experience working with lending credit products and a good understanding of key metrics origination, NPLs, write offs Critical thinking and good financial acumen to be able to make number based decisions Financial modelling skills Good inter personal skills and project management acumen to be able to facilitate complex cross functional engagement and drive results Strong result oriented attitude couple with strong ownership mentality Strong team player
