Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the monthly accurate forecasting process for regions and top countries.
- Participate in the development of market strategies together with the Business and Marketing teams.
- Validate forecasts with Country Managers.
- Analyze plan vs. actual deviations to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Collect input from Business and Marketing teams and reflect this in the numbers, using a unified analytical approach across all countries.
- Drive improvements in the current technical processes related to financial models.
- Participate in the target-setting process for countries and regions.
Qualifications
- At least a BSc in Economics or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and business modeling, as well as working with financial and budgeting tools
- Strong analytical skills (proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; basic knowledge of SQL)
- Experience with BI tools and planning tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive or similar)
- Ability to understand complex ecosystems and translate them into high-quality financial and operational models
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills
- Understanding of long-term investment return modeling and capital allocation
