Responsibilities
- Drive the development and iteration of assignment and matching tools for couriers (from research to rollout and iteration)
- Own and improve core marketplace KPIs: Done Rate, RpH/MpH, utilization
- Design and run experiments to drive marketplace efficiency, without harming user trust
Collaborate primarily with: - Analytics (deep dives and research, causal inference, dashboards, experimentation design),
- Marketplace Efficiency team (policy, incentives, ranking/priority logic),
- Supply team (courier experience, incentives, segmentation),
and partner with Geo and Ride Hailing teams, when needed, to land algorithmic and operational improvements at scale - Monitor marketplace health; proactively surface risks, and propose corrective actions across cities and segments.
