Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical PM, preferably working with KYC products.
- Strong experience with internal tooling, platforms, or regulatory/fintech products.
- Solid understanding of backend logic, data models, and systems thinking Ability to work with multiple cross functional teams (legal, ops, data, development).
- Excellent English (B2+), strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with global/multi region products is a big plus
Qualifications
- Own the platform strategy and roadmap for executors document management and compliance tooling.
- Design and evolve a flexible document architecture, enabling country specific rules and configurations.
- Lead the implementation of compliance logic (statuses, expirations, escalations, risk signals).
- Work closely with legal and driver operations teams to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product features.
- Coordinate work across multiple verticals and ensure alignment on the compliance process.
- Own the project plan, scope, and processes around compliance tooling.
- Drive automation of data flows, document validation, and integrations with external services (e.g. KYC, anti fraud).
- Collaborate with analytics and data teams to define and monitor compliance KPIs and reporting tools.
- Ensure high platform uptime, traceability, and transparency of document flows
