Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of our internal platform for managing and verifying executor (driver and courier) documents across 50+ countries. This platform ensures driver compliance with local regulations and supports safe and legal operations worldwide.

You will be responsible not only for the product and tech stack, but also for defining and implementing the processes around the platform — from document validation workflows to compliance reporting and cross team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical PM, preferably working with KYC products.
  • Strong experience with internal tooling, platforms, or regulatory/fintech products.
  • Solid understanding of backend logic, data models, and systems thinking Ability to work with multiple cross functional teams (legal, ops, data, development).
  • Excellent English (B2+), strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with global/multi region products is a big plus

Qualifications

  • Own the platform strategy and roadmap for executors document management and compliance tooling.
  • Design and evolve a flexible document architecture, enabling country specific rules and configurations.
  • Lead the implementation of compliance logic (statuses, expirations, escalations, risk signals).
  • Work closely with legal and driver operations teams to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product features.
  • Coordinate work across multiple verticals and ensure alignment on the compliance process.
  • Own the project plan, scope, and processes around compliance tooling.
  • Drive automation of data flows, document validation, and integrations with external services (e.g. KYC, anti fraud).
  • Collaborate with analytics and data teams to define and monitor compliance KPIs and reporting tools.
  • Ensure high platform uptime, traceability, and transparency of document flows
