Responsibilities
- Organization and control of the recruitment center (team);
- Hiring, training, onboarding of the team (DA agents);
- Preparing daily and weekly reports;
- Follow acquisition and activation plans;
- Implementation of new schemes and activities
- Retention and activation;
- Reporting to the manager about key figures and results;
- Holding surveys with drivers and passengers.
Qualifications
- English language skills are mandatory;
- Sociability, responsibility, commitment;
- Strong commercial and verbal communication skills along with active listening;
- Argumentation and objection-handling skills;
- Experience in sales is desirable;
- Management skills;
- Communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team, to respond quickly to different tasks and issues.
