Responsibilities

Continuous improvement of customer support processes for providing quick & high quality service to the customers. Provide attention to users and drivers of the app, through chats, emails and calls. Resolution of conflicts, doubts or complaints. Outgoing calls to clients. Analysis of client requests (chat, email)

Qualifications

High school completed. Minimum experience of 6 months in activities related to the customer support. Availability to work different shifts, either day or night. Availability to work from the office. PC knowledge at the confident user level Google products knowledge: Google Sheets Google Docs) Grammatically correct in written and verbal Competent verbal and written communication. Native language speaker Spanish Typing skills (min. 100 words per minute)
