We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and oversee all employee-related activities at our local HR Operations in Brazil. This role is critical to ensuring smooth execution of HR practices across the full employee lifecycle through collaboration with both local teams and global CoEx’s to align HR practices with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all employment-related activities at the local level, including employment, compensation, case management, and employee relations
  • Align HR operations with local employment regulations
  • Draft local and implement global HR policies and practices. Ensure employee awareness and understanding of company policies and practices
  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair treatment and resolution of issues in line with labor law and company policy in collaboration with the Employment and Legal Department
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data in both internal systems and external databases
  • Support the local leadership team in all aspects of the employee life cycle, including hiring, training, compensation, and promotions
  • Lead and participate in local and global HR projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, People Management, or a related field. HR professional certification is a plus
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in HR operations in a senior role, as well as experience as an HR business partner, is advantageous
  • Solid understanding of Brazilian employment legislation, payroll processes, and social security regulations
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and HR systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of accountability and responsibility, ability to work independently
  • Strong cultural awareness and experience working with diverse, international teams and senior management
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 certified level (used regularly for global communication)
