We are seeking a talented and experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team at a leading ride-hailing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and managing disputes across various jurisdictions, with a separate focus on other special projects – competition law, consumer law and deals. Handle a wide range of disputes, including contractual issues, consumer complaints, regulatory challenges, and litigation across multiple jurisdictions
Advise on competition law matters, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
Develop and implement effective legal strategies to minimize risk and achieve favorable outcomes
Coordinate and manage external counsel and internal stakeholders across different countries to ensure consistent, high-quality dispute management
Provide legal support for special projects as needed
Monitor relevant legislation and regulatory developments, advising the business on compliance requirements
Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements
Maintain accurate records and deliver regular updates to senior management
Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive guidance to mitigate them
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Minimum 5 years of experience in dispute resolution, preferably with exposure to competition law and cross-border legal issues
Experience in the ride-hailing, tech, or digital platform industry is a plus
Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel occasionally to handle matters in various jurisdictions
