Application ID:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will define the automation strategy and transform fragmented manual processes (Incident Management, Driver Verification, Photocontrol) into unified, scalable, AI-driven workflows. The specialist will enhance ML/AI capabilities, improve accuracy and processing speed, unify tools into a single system, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and quality

Apply for this position

Responsibilities

  • Your mission is to turn complex, fragmented operational flows into a unified, intelligent automation system that improves speed, accuracy, and safety across Incident Management, Driver Verifications, and Photocontrol. You will transform today’s manual pipelines into adaptive, AI-driven workflows that scale globally and reduce operational burden
  • Own the Automation Strategy. You will define and deliver the roadmap that increases safe automation across high-volume and high-risk domains, setting a clear path from foundational fixes to advanced AI orchestration and hybrid agent workflows
  • Elevate ML & AI Capabilities. You will lead the evolution of our classification systems, improve intent and severity detection, and introduce LLM-powered reasoning to handle unstructured cases. You will design guardrails, fallbacks, and quality checks to ensure automation increases accuracy rather than risk
  • Unify Workflows & Systems. You will partner with engineering to bring disparate channels and tools into a single, coherent system. You will define what a unified agent workspace, routing engine, and ticket lifecycle should look like, and build toward that end state
  • Drive Results Through Metrics. Your work will directly impact automation coverage, SLA, AHT, throughput, etc. You will define how we measure success, build the dashboards to track it, and use data to continuously fine-tune automation performance
  • Champion the User and Operator Experience. Whether it’s drivers dealing with verification, teams handling incidents, or agents processing edge cases, you will ensure automation improves experience, reduces complexity, and maintains trust

Qualifications

  • AI/ML Data Skills Working knowledge of ML/AI concepts (classification, precision/recall, confidence thresholds, supervised vs. unsupervised)
  • Familiarity with LLMs and their operational limits (hallucination, drift, explainability)
  • Strong data fluency: SQL, dashboards, experimentation frameworks
  • Able to evaluate model performance and translate metrics into business decisions

Conditions & Benefits

  • Stable salary, official employment
  • Health insurance
  • Hybrid work mode and flexible schedule
  • Relocation package offered for candidates from other regions
  • Access to professional counseling services including psychological, financial, and legal support
  • Discount club membership
  • Diverse internal training programs
  • Partially or fully paid additional training courses
  • All necessary work equipment
