We’re hiring a Communications Project Manager – APAC to lead and execute PR campaigns across the region. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, handle budgets, coordinate with teams and agencies, and ensure impactful delivery. Join us to drive inDrive’s PR strategy and brand presence in APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the management of diverse PR projects and ongoing activities, turning plans and ideas into actionable results.
  • Establish necessary processes and maintain a holistic overview of all projects under your supervision.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan of PR activities across regions and manage the associated budgets.
  • Execute PR projects and campaigns in collaboration with teams such as Marketing, Business, and others.
  • Develop and oversee PR project plans, including timelines, budget allocations, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate project execution, asset delivery, and approvals with key stakeholders.
  • Manage agency partners involved in PR projects and ongoing PR activities.
  • Prepare and present project reports to communicate outcomes and key achievements to stakeholders.
  • Ensure project success is recognized and acknowledged across relevant teams.
  • Represent inDrive at regional events and in communications with regional media, when required.
  • Manage organisational tasks for the APAC PR team, track discussions from meetings, and convert them into clear plans and actionable tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, marketing, or external communications.
  • Prior agency experience is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle both short- and long-term projects.
  • Experience in the ride-hailing industry or international businesses is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in independently developing, planning, and executing communications projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-regional and cross-functional teams, external agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with a diplomatic and collaborative approach.
  • Proactive problem solver, able to work independently and make decisions with confidence.
