Senior Product Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Trust and Safety Team. The role involves taking ownership of the product and finding optimal solutions to make the user–product interaction more convenient and intuitive.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user behavior related to trust and safety incidents, including reports, blocks, fraud, and abuse;
  • Identify weak points in the safety funnel and support development of prevention, detection, and resolution mechanisms;
  • Evaluate the impact of product and policy changes on user safety and platform integrity;
  • Design and analyze A/B tests for safety features, verification flows, and enforcement mechanisms;
  • Collaborate with product, legal, operations, and risk teams to align data insights with compliance and safety goals;
  • Build dashboards and monitoring tools to track key safety metrics across user journeys;
  • Investigate spikes in incidents or false positives and recommend corrective actions;
  • Document metric definitions, safety experiments, and analytical approaches in the knowledge base.

Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience in product analytics, risk analytics, or a similar domain;
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and sensitive datasets;
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation;
  • Understanding of safety-related product flows such as verification, moderation, and abuse prevention;
  • Experience with A/B testing and evaluation of complex multistep funnels;
  • Ability to communicate findings to cross-functional teams, including legal and risk;
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Redash, or similar platforms;
  • Structured thinking and a strong problem-solving mindset.
